# How to Make a Prison Server: Mines, Ranks and Economy

## How to Make a Prison Server: Mines, Ranks and Economy

## Step 1: build the world

2. Build one mine per rank, usually named A, B, C and so on.
3. Protect each mine and walkway with regions.

## Step 2: set up mines
Each mine needs:
- A region that players can mine in
- A list of blocks and their chance
- A reset timer, so mines refill
- A teleport or warp
- Permissions so players can only enter mines they have unlocked
Test resets with players inside, since resets can teleport or damage players if misconfigured.
## Step 3: ranks and prestige
Create a ladder of ranks with increasing costs. A simple structure:
