Welcome to ZCraft Studios. These Terms of Service govern your use of the ZCraft Studios website, products, resources, services, accounts, and related services.

By accessing or using ZCraft Studios, creating an account, purchasing a product, downloading a resource, or using any of our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our services.

1. Our Services

ZCraft Studios provides digital resources and services primarily for Minecraft servers and online communities. These may include:

• Minecraft server setups and configurations
• Plugins and related resources
• Discord bots and tools
• Configuration files and templates
• Server-related documentation
• Custom development or configuration services
• Other digital resources released by ZCraft Studios

Products may be updated, improved, modified, or discontinued over time.

Features and compatibility vary between products. Always review the product description and included documentation before purchasing.

2. Accounts

Some ZCraft Studios features require an account.

You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate account information
• Keeping your login credentials secure
• Keeping access to your email account secure
• All activity performed through your account
• Not sharing your account with others

You must not attempt to access another person's account or bypass authentication, licensing, or access controls.

We may suspend or restrict an account where reasonably necessary to protect our services, users, products, or intellectual property, or where these Terms have been violated.

3. Digital Products

Products sold by ZCraft Studios are generally digital products.

After a successful purchase, you may receive access to a download, license, account library, or other delivery method described for that product.

A purchase does not automatically transfer ownership of the underlying intellectual property to you.

Unless a product explicitly states otherwise, you receive a limited license to use the purchased resource according to these Terms and any additional license terms supplied with the product.

4. Product Licenses

Unless explicitly stated otherwise, ZCraft Studios resources are licensed to the purchaser and are not sold with unrestricted redistribution rights.

You may generally use a purchased resource for your own permitted projects and servers, subject to the product's specific license.

You may not, unless explicitly authorized:

• Redistribute the original resource
• Resell the resource
• Upload the resource to another marketplace
• Share downloads with people who have not purchased or otherwise been authorized to use them
• Claim the resource as your own work
• Remove or modify licensing or ownership notices for the purpose of misrepresenting ownership
• Make the resource publicly downloadable
• Use the resource to create a competing product that substantially reproduces the original resource

Different products may have different licensing terms. If a product includes a specific license, that license takes precedence over these general usage rules where applicable.

5. Updates and Compatibility

We may release updates, fixes, improvements, or compatibility changes for our products.

We do not guarantee that every resource will remain compatible with every future version of Minecraft, plugins, server software, operating system, Discord, or third-party service.

Where a product description specifies supported versions, those versions define the intended compatibility range at the time of purchase.

Third-party software may change without notice and can affect the functionality of our resources.

6. Support

We aim to provide reasonable support for our products.

Support may include assistance with:

• Installation
• Configuration
• Basic troubleshooting
• Documented features
• Reproducing genuine product bugs

Support does not automatically include:

• Custom development not included with the product
• Configuration of unrelated third-party software
• Building an entire server for you
• Features that were never advertised
• Problems caused by unauthorized modifications
• Problems caused by incompatible or unsupported software

When requesting support, provide relevant information such as your Minecraft version, server software, resource version, configuration, error messages, and relevant logs.

Never send passwords, API keys, authentication tokens, payment credentials, or other secrets through support channels.

7. Custom Services

Custom work may be offered separately from our standard products.

The scope, price, deliverables, deadlines, revisions, and other conditions for custom work may be agreed upon before work begins.

Additional work outside the agreed scope may require additional payment.

If a custom project requires information or materials from you, delays in providing those materials may affect the delivery timeline.

8. Purchases and Payments

Products purchased through BuiltByBit are subject to the applicable BuiltByBit rules, Terms of Service, and Merchant Agreement in addition to any applicable ZCraft Studios product terms. BuiltByBit's Merchant Agreement contains specific requirements concerning support, delivery, licenses, disputes, and refunds.

Products purchased directly through the ZCraft Studios website may be processed through PayPal.

PayPal independently processes the payment and may apply its own User Agreement, buyer/seller protection rules, acceptable-use requirements, and dispute procedures.

We do not receive or store your complete PayPal payment credentials through our website.

You must not intentionally provide false payment information, use unauthorized payment methods, or attempt to fraudulently reverse a legitimate transaction.

9. Refunds

Because our products are primarily digital, refunds are handled according to the applicable purchase platform, applicable law, and the circumstances of the transaction.

For purchases made through BuiltByBit, the applicable BuiltByBit Terms of Service and Merchant Agreement also apply.

For purchases made directly through our website, refund requests may be reviewed based on factors including whether the product was delivered, whether the product has a genuine defect, whether reasonable support has been provided, and any applicable legal rights.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to remove or restrict a consumer right that cannot legally be excluded.

If you experience a genuine issue with a product, please contact us before initiating a payment dispute where possible. This gives us an opportunity to investigate and resolve the issue.

10. Payment Disputes and Chargebacks

If you believe there is a problem with a purchase, please contact ZCraft Studios first so that we can investigate the issue.

You must not knowingly submit a false claim, falsely report an authorized transaction as unauthorized, or otherwise abuse a payment dispute or chargeback process.

We may provide transaction records, delivery information, license information, support communications, and other relevant evidence to the applicable payment provider or marketplace when responding to a legitimate dispute.

Any payment provider's own rules remain applicable to transactions processed through that provider.

11. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, ZCraft Studios and its licensors retain ownership of the intellectual property contained in our website, branding, original resources, source code, documentation, graphics, designs, and other materials.

Purchasing a resource does not transfer copyright or unrestricted ownership of that resource to you.

You may not copy, reproduce, redistribute, or commercially exploit our intellectual property except where these Terms, a product-specific license, or written permission from ZCraft Studios allows you to do so.

12. User Content

If you submit content to us, such as support messages, bug reports, feedback, screenshots, or custom project materials, you remain responsible for ensuring that you have the necessary rights to provide that content.

Do not submit confidential information or third-party material that you do not have permission to share.

We may use information you provide to investigate issues, provide support, improve our services, and fulfill the purpose for which it was submitted.

13. Prohibited Use

You may not use ZCraft Studios to:

• Break applicable laws or regulations
• Distribute stolen or unauthorized content
• Infringe intellectual property rights
• Circumvent product licensing or access controls
• Share paid resources without authorization
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Abuse our website, APIs, support systems, or infrastructure
• Introduce malware or harmful code
• Commit payment fraud
• Interfere with the operation of our services
• Misrepresent your relationship with ZCraft Studios

We reserve the right to investigate suspected abuse and take reasonable action to protect our services and users.

14. Third-Party Services

ZCraft Studios may rely on or link to third-party services, including services such as BuiltByBit, PayPal, Discord, Supabase, hosting providers, and other infrastructure or software providers.

Third-party services operate under their own terms and privacy policies.

We are not responsible for changes, outages, restrictions, or policies imposed by third-party services.

For example, PayPal independently controls its payment processing and applicable payment rules, while BuiltByBit independently governs transactions conducted through its marketplace.

15. Availability

We aim to keep ZCraft Studios available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

The website, downloads, account systems, or other services may occasionally become unavailable because of maintenance, updates, technical failures, security incidents, third-party outages, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

16. Disclaimer

Our resources are provided according to their described functionality and supported environments.

We do not guarantee that a resource will:

• Work with every server configuration
• Work with every third-party plugin
• Remain compatible with future software versions
• Be completely free of bugs
• Produce a particular result in every environment

Where a genuine product defect is identified, we will make reasonable efforts to investigate and, where appropriate, provide a fix, update, workaround, or other reasonable resolution.

17. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ZCraft Studios will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, consequential, or unforeseeable losses arising from the use of our website, resources, or services.

This includes losses resulting from third-party software, server downtime, configuration mistakes, unauthorized access to your account, incompatibility, or misuse of a resource.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

18. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to our services where reasonably necessary, including where you:

• Violate these Terms
• Abuse our services
• Distribute our products without authorization
• Attempt to circumvent licensing
• Engage in fraud or payment abuse
• Attempt unauthorized access
• Create a security risk for other users or our systems

Termination does not automatically remove obligations that are intended to survive termination, including intellectual-property restrictions and outstanding payment obligations.

If your license is terminated because of a material violation of its terms, you may be required to stop using and remove unauthorized copies of the affected resource.

19. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms when our services, products, business practices, or legal requirements change.

The updated version will be published on this page with a new "Last updated" date.

Your continued use of ZCraft Studios after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.

20. Governing Law

These Terms are subject to the laws applicable to ZCraft Studios and its operations, except where applicable consumer-protection or other mandatory laws provide otherwise.

Nothing in these Terms prevents you from exercising rights that cannot legally be waived or restricted.
