## Z-Auth: Free Minecraft Authentication Plugin for Velocity & BungeeCord

A lightweight, proxy-first authentication plugin for offline-mode Minecraft networks, with backend protection, session login, and optional 2FA.

## What's Included

- Velocity and BungeeCord authentication support
- Spigot, Paper, Purpur, and Folia backend guard modules
- `/login` and `/register` commands
- Session login (skip re-auth on IP-based reconnect)
- Authenticator app 2FA support
- SQLite, MySQL, MariaDB, and PostgreSQL database options
- Admin commands for account management
- Backend join protection so unauthenticated players can't touch survival worlds

## Why Use This

Offline-mode networks need proxy-level auth to stop players from joining backend servers unauthenticated. Z-Auth handles that at the Velocity/BungeeCord layer instead of per-server plugins that can be bypassed.

## Compatibility

Velocity or BungeeCord proxy required. Backend guard supports Spigot, Paper, Purpur, and Folia.
